Do you use adhesive tapes or glue when replacing glass for a cracked or shattered screen?

We use LOCA glue to repair cracked screens and broken front glass for some models. The method of repair depends on the damage and the phone model. LOCA stands for Liquid Optically Clear Adhesive. The glue allows for the screen to retain its original clarity, durability and sensitivity. LOCA glue is used on the following Samsung Galaxy models:

  • Samsung Galaxy S3
  • Samsung Galaxy S4
  • Samsung Galaxy S5
  • Samsung Galaxy Note 2
  • Samsung Galaxy Note 3
  • Samsung Galaxy Mega (some models)
  • Samsung Galaxy Mini (some models)

How long do repairs take?

The length of repair varies, but in every case we pride ourselves on our commitment to fast turn around times and same day repair. Depending on the extent of the damage, our trained professionals will take anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours to fix the problem. Estimated repair time for most malfunctions should be around 1 hour. Cracked screen replacement, which is one of our most common jobs, takes about an hour for most Samsung Galaxy models. Once we receive your device, we will fix it within 24 hours.

Do you offer any warranties on repairs?

We offer a standard 90-day warranty with all of our service center repairs. We stand firmly behind all of our work. This means if your phone or tablet gives you trouble after receiving your phone back, our certified technicians will be happy to look at your device again. Bring in the receipt and make sure the replaced part is not damaged. If it is an issue with a part we fixed, we will be happy to fix the problem. However, this does not mean if you break your screen or device again we will do the work for free.

Why should I use a mail in service?

Our mail in service gives all of our customers the most convenient means of fixing their Samsung Galaxy products. It doesn't matter if you live in a small town or if you are local to us, you will have full access to our repair center via the mail in option. We will fix your phone or tablet the same day we received it and ship it back out to you. Once your Samsung Galaxy model leaves our service center, you will have it within 1-3 days.

Do you use off brand replacement parts?

We do not use off brand replacement parts. Instead, we prefer to use OEM, or Original Equipment Manufacturer, quality parts. This ensures that each replacement piece fits perfectly into the Samsung Galaxy phone or tablet. Later down the line, your phone or tablet will continue to operate at peak capacity, while other parts might wear out quickly. In the long run, OEM quality parts will elongate the life of your device. For this reason, we use OEM equipment to give the best repairs.

Furthermore, our professionals must all take and pass our own two-week training program before they are allowed to repair customer devices.

Do you provide any other services?

We do offer additional services. We offer corporate and business solutions for clients who need such options. We also purchase old and damaged Samsung Galaxy phones and tablets. If your phone is damaged and you would rather get a newer model, we would be happy to pay you for it. Additionally, if you have a new phone and you don't like it or need money, we will buy the item.
